Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) Therapy starts with a one-month trial of both mask and device, giving patients the opportunity to decide if it meets their needs. This trial period negates the need for refunds on used devices and masks.
Once a device is purchased, it is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, which Border Sleep Centre will handle.
All claims will undergo evaluation of the fault or damage by Border Sleep Centre or the product's manufacturer and will be subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms.
Border Sleep Centre will review the fault or damage upon receiving the products and will determine an appropriate solution (Repair or Replacement).
Can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in original packaging.
Repairs outside the warranty period will be handled provided the items are returned to Border Sleep Centre at the customer's expense.
Border Sleep Centre offers a complimentary rental CPAP machine for purchases made at Border Sleep Centre.
For loan machines, a fee will be charged if the faulty machine was not bought from Border Sleep Centre.
